The Week in September

The week before we turned 8 months and before I turn 26 YO. How time flies?

I was experiencing a phase where the body is rejecting solid food. Started to have diarrhea on Sunday, and followed by vomiting and constant feeling to vomit. Was on MC on Monday and started taking medications that were given by the clinic. Still unfit the next day, and went to the same clinic in which the same doctor referred me to specialist with a referral letter.

Went to see a physician at DEMC (less crowded). It was my first time and the hospital is relatively new compared to SJMC (too crowded, susah parking) and we're staying in Shah Alam now so anything in Shah Alam is more convenient to us :-) Everything was excellent except the part where I had to go through for the Bank's insurance coverage procedure. Took a blood test as required and the result was quite serious whereby I had low hemoglobin level, I was one fever and the acidic level in my stomach was quite high hence the food poisoning symptoms. Basically my stomach was infected by bacteria that's causing the uneasiness of the whole body. The physician gave me antibiotics, ubat sakit perut for memulas, iron tablets and paracetamol.

Overall experience, the physician and staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful. And I just love the service and environment as compared to SJMC and insha Allah, will definitely consider them in my future plans ;-) Alhamdulilah, I am recovering.

We turned 8 months on 22 September 2011, and no the husband was not in KL. He was not around when I was sick either. He is currently in Paka, Terengganu studying for his exam on Sunday (25 September 2011) and NO, he won't be around on my 26th birthday. He's choosing the O&G industry and I'll be facing a lot of these happenings in the future.

On the other happier note, attended Sabariah's majlis bertandang at Dewan Merak Kayangan Felda on 18 September.Everything was so traditional and beautiful in its way. The bride herself was beautiful in yellow kebaya songket, a high sanggul, red lips, red roses hand bouquet :-)

Talking about the coming birthday weekend, which I don't quite look forward to as everyone that I'm close will have their own thing including my husband (uhuh~). Two of my good friends when I served the Tiger Bank are getting married. Both in Melaka. But I am still contemplating on going. And if I'm going, I'm thinking of the friend whom will teman or what not. I just hope to tompang anyone but everyone has their own thing planned. So we'll see how.

Long Weekend in September

16th was a public holiday. Spent the whole morning with the girls for some konon "Frim" hiking session which was canceled-some roti canai Raju's for breakfast-chatime at Uptown Damansara for some bubble tea drinks and then finally to choffles cake in DP because Dilla wanted to order cakes for her coming Engagement.

17th fall on Saturday and man, it was the busiest day ever for open houses and weddings. I had 3 wedding receptions during the day and my uncle's open house in Sri Carcosa, Seremban later that night. 

17th also marked the date as my bestest roomate-Maisara got married. It was held at her house in Puchong ;)

Was one of her brides maid alongside Dilla. June was her maid of honour.
Bride's dress was designed by Syomir Izwa - just brilliant.
Pelamin, dress, make up and everything else were beautiful and mesmerizing.
Very very breathtakingly beautiful..

Knew her through Dilla and Aimi during secondary school. We were not that close last time, but we were in the same school hockey team. As time flies, we got closer. Night outs, karaoke, sleep over at Dilla's mainly (hehe), eat outs, more karaoke, makan and what girls do best - GOSSIPS!!
Still remember the day when she was one of the girls who saw me in tears dekat Murni's SS2. Hehe.

Dearest Sab (which she may not read this)
I may not be the perfect friend in your circle of friends. But I am so glad I could be part of your fairy tale team. Hehe. I bought another new piece of kaftan just for your reception just because no tailor wanted to accept my material (and it was kind of tough to get the silverish tone).
Hope my presence will make a memory in your fairy tale wedding which was SO beautiful.

Salam Eid Mubarak!

Salam Eid Mubarak to all Muslim brothers and sisters.

It was my first time celebrating eid as a wife but it was all good :)

Been too lazy to write lately. Bila nak tulis, kena type and terus malas. Hihi.. and Blogger's layout is different, mcm tak syok sgt.

 1. Met Hani after almost 8 months of tak jumpa, she came back for raya hols. Joint her friends's planned surprise bday celebration for her too. Twas one of the best weekend evah.

Sabariah's Bridal Shower

Awesome venue, awesome company, awesome cake and cupcakes, awesome food.. What else do you need? I was supposed to join them sleep over but I was feeling under the weather. Sorry you guys.. Nonetheless, twas a great night.. One of the best things happened to me - great girlfriends!

I ordered the cake from Hani's friend we call her as Amal or @aliahdoodle in twitter. She has a blog if you're interested to see-order. She made one of the best RV cakes ever! Actually, the best I've ever tasted so far :) It's not too pricey, just within your budget and the taste is perfect! Moist, rich but you won't feel too guilty after eating them. Hehe.

So the theme was "Audrey Hepburn", we had to wear black outfits/ pearls, red and white roses and etc. We tried so hard to follow the theme taken, coz Sabariah is a lady-like and is inspired by Audrey Hepburn too much. So yeah, the cake was inspired by the them, black ribbon, peals and red flowers. Googled the picture and walla! Amal baked as what I requested for :)
